Our 30-Day Return Promise

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair

• In their original condition

• With all tags attached

Because yoga wear is designed for close body contact, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Easy Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We’re happy to help with exchanges whenever inventory is available.

Simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Final Sale items

• Gift cards

• Products marked as non-returnable

• Worn, washed, or damaged items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped

• The item arrived damaged

• The item has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
